Client Obligations

Payments

Refund Policy

Website Development & Design

• Refunds are only applicable if the project is canceled before the work has commenced. Once the project has started, no complete refunds will be issued.
• If the client is dissatisfied with the delivered work, revisions will be offered to meet the agreed-upon requirements.

Hosting & Domain Services

• Refunds for hosting services are available within 30 days of purchase if the service has not been utilized.
• Domain registration fees are non-refundable, as they are paid to third-party registrars.

Book Writing Services

• Refunds are only available if the project is canceled before the writing process begins. Once the writing has started, no complete refunds will be issued.
• Revisions will be provided to ensure the final product meets the client’s expectations.

Digital Marketing & SEO

• Due to the nature of these services, refunds are not applicable once the campaign has started. However, we will work closely with you to address any concerns and optimize results.

Limitation of Liability

The Web Designz LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions adhere to the laws of New Jersey, United States. And our adept team is situated in the back office of Pakistan which makes sure to provide quality services to meet your business specific requirements.

Amendments

The Web Designz LLC reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions. Clients will be notified of any changes.

Force Majeure

The Web Designz LLC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, or government actions.
